I had terrible credit, needed a car for work. I thought I had no chance after many failed applications. When I spoke to first response finance they actually spoke to me and got a feel for my finances. Withing a week I was driving. I took out car finance with first response and can honestly say the company is brilliant, I got behind with my payments during the pandemic and they arranged a payment plan for me, they looked into what I could afford at that time and worked with me to sort something that would mean I would struggle further.They where friendly and non judgemental, overall a good company. I currently have a vehicle with this company and I’ve had enough things happen to myself, however FRF have checked up on my progress with the vehicle, been lenient towards my payments and also have been nothing but attentive!
