With a Glasgow Credit Union loan, you can borrow up to £25,000. Once you’re a member, you can apply for a loan in app, online or by phone. You’ll need to save at least £10 per month into your Member Savings during the term.

I have been with the Gladgow Credit Union for years

I have recommended the Credit Union to family and friends. If you are thinking about joining a Credit Union then you would be mad not to pick Glasgow. You can interact with them any way you please, by mobile app, by website, by email, face to face and even a telephone call. Whichever you choose, you always have your query or request handled quickly. There is always a friendly voice or face when you contact Glasgow Credit Union. Reviewed on: 1st July 2022

Professional Compassion

I have been a member of Glasgow Credit Union for 19 years. It is one of the few places left that consider the individual. Professional compassion (where appropriate) is commonplace. Feedback is met with genuine consideration and investigation (rather than defense/disdain). The only previous drawback to credit unions was accessibility (for in branch really). Right now, the offering, availability and accessibility that GCU can offer is market competitive. Any compliments - are definitely seen by senior management - which tells me that they have regular direct contact with staff. To be honest, if an appropriate job came up I would apply to work there. The ethos and culture is felt when using the products or interacting with employees. I really appreciate all the advice, time, consideration and just basic manners that they operate with. Great place to save
