Well worth the money.

As soon as I book a trip I go on line to book my Good to Go Insurance Policy - it is easy to get the level of cover I want at the right price. Fortunately I have not had to make a claim but feel confident that any call would be treated professionally to get me the help I might need. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

Good value when you have various health issues.

Good value when you have various health issues. When I had to make a claim, they were prompt and efficient at dealing with the hospital concerned, and contacted me regularly to check on how I was doing until I returned home. When I renewed my annual policy a few months later, I rather expected a big increase in the premium, but in fact it was very much the same as the previous year. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

the telephone was answered in good time. My personal health details are kept by them so I do not have to go through a detailed rigmarole every time. I have not fortunately had to make a claim.
