Best all round for value.

We had to make claim for cancelled holiday, but they were very helpful and provided the necessary documentation. In the end we were lucky to receive a full refund from the hotel and airline. They were the most comprehensive and value for money for the cover we received. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

Satisfactory experience

I found the customer service staff very pleasant and knowledgeable. They helped me navigate to receive what I really needed for myself and my husband. I spoke firstly with Aphiwe and I had to call back at a later date and engaged with Lee, both were very helpful. A very good company for older clients and those with complex health.
