Bad experience

Took insurance out which was then "held over" due to covid. I informed them I wanted to use the insurance in October 2022 for a trip to Turkey. They advised that the underwriters had decided to cancel my insurance and I had to accept a much lower money return than I had initially paid. Reviewed on: 21st September 2022
