We always purchase our insurance by phone. Your customer service is excellent, especially since at our age we sometimes need guidance through the forms related to medical history. Very competitive cover around pre-existing medical condition.

I was diagnosed with multiple myeloma in 2015. Our holidays of choice since then have been cruises. We have found the level of cover offered specifically for cruising to be excellent, especially as we have to purchase cover on a trip by trip basis.
