Fantastic company have used this company for years I have a disability and wheelchairs can get damaged by baggage handlers not realising how important and expensive they and knowing I’m covered as well as travel insurance for health is headache nobody wants if needed this company is friendly and just simply brilliant Reviewed on: 30th September 2021

My journey to NZ

I received excellent service with no extra cost or difficulties due to my age. This was 2018/2019 when I was 83 years old, and travelling on my own from the UK to NZ. So I felt securely covered for any eventuality. My telephone questions were met with kindness and patience and were always extremely helpful. I fully recommend this wonderful company. I have used good to go insurance over the past 4 years. This is because of the personel approach to both my medical conditions cover and the reasonable cost.
