Good, but not if travel company cancels your holiday.

I have used Goodtogoinsurance before without an issue. I need pre-existing medical insurance for my wife. However, with the ongoing pandemic and the need for travel companies to cancel your holiday at short notice for a full refund (TUI) you would think that travel insurance companies would do likewise. Goodtogoinsurance do not as I have found out to my displeasure. I contacted this insurance company to explain what had happened when my holiday to Corfu was cancelled 2 weeks before departure but they grudgingly applied a credit note for one year provided the destination, type of holiday, duration of holiday and time of month remained the same. Come on Goodtogoinsurance - how do you expect loyalty when you won't provide fairness. Do the right thing for your customers. £73 is a lot for me to lose should this global situation continue and I do not book another holiday within your strict and unfair parameters, Reviewed on: 8th September 2021

2020 holiday in Greece. Two visits to doctors for my wife. Miss led about payment (use of ehic card) Had to pay cash. On return to uk goodtogo sorted it no quibble full amount covered and paid to us. Had problems ...my claim had got mixed up....incorrect information given by ambulance service in queensland Australia address of accident wrong and many kilometres away in an area I had never been to.
