Quick, Simple and Ready to Go..

I’ve used quite a few other travel insurance sites but none as quick & easy as these guys. I’ve recommended them to family & friends and let’s face it, there’s even more of a need at the moment for a company that can get you sorted in minutes without any added stress. Very poor service and not understanding at all. They only appear to be pleasant when are getting your money but when its time to compensate they are monsters.

Unfortunately I was stranded overseas and couldn't get any communication from this insurance company. Finally when they chose to respond and i relayed the issues I was facing i was advised to go to a Dr and I will be reimbursed. Iwas advised to keep all my receipts which I did. After a day or two i received a call stating that I would have to be assessed by the underwriters and after this I received another call that they cannot cover or reimburse me for the money I spent that left me out of pocket. This was after the government of the UK closed the borders. I am very disappointed and disgruntled with the way I was treated and wish no other client be treated so unfairly by you. I hope persons are wise when they chose to purchase insurance when they travel overseas because some of these companies are not true to their words. Quick and easy

I have used this company for the last few years and they are very understanding for example when I cancelled my policy this year they refunded my cash and also on another policy have given me a refund credit. The telephone assistants are helpful and polite when you ring them and if you do the policy on line it is quick and easy. I would definitely recommend this company. Reviewed on: 10th September 2020

Booked in January before covid.had to amend holiday due to health reasons, GTG were really helpful and sent uptodate documents the same day. Will certainly use them on future travel....second to none customer service 5* all the way. Reviewed on: 10th September 2020
