Used goodtogoinsurance for many years when travelling and residing for 90 days in Thailand . Being a senior citizen I need to know have all the necessary cover. Great Insurance for Cycle Touring

We have used Goodtogoinsurance as our go to travel insurance provider for some years. We cycle in Europe for around 3 months every summer and take out a Gold cover insurance policy for this. This is all arranged online including screening for pre-existing medical conditions. The website retains the medical history for subsequent years as well so no need to input this again if there are no changes. Rates are very competitive and staff very professional on the phone. Sadly with the uncertainty of CV-19 we cancelled this years trip. Goodtogoinsurance have been proactive throughout the epidemic and suggested we freeze the 2020 policy we had taken out until next year. This we have done. There are carefully explained rules to follow if something goes wrong, but we have not had to ask for assistance so cannot comment on that. To date our association with Goodtogoinsurance has been very positive and we recommend this company. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2020

I always use Goodtogoinsurance as I find that they are very cost effective, and certainly cheaper than similar companies that provide travel insurance for older people with more than one health condition. A Travel Insurance Company that Copes with Medical conditions

My Wife and I found Goodtogoinsurance after lengthy searches and attempts to gain cover for some tricky Medical Conditions for our Annual Holiday Insurance. We found Goodtogoinsurancve were able to give us the Holiday Insurance we required at an affordable price. Secondly they were we able to accomodate small changes once the policy was active. Very good service with purchase and claims

As I have many preexisting medical conditions, I find it hard to purchase insurance. However, goodtogo makes the process far less trying than other companies and covers all my conditions. When my husband was taken ill on a cruise and had to see the doctor, the claim process was straightforward and, when he died before we could go on our next cruise, the process was even easier and they were sympathetic.
