Absolutely Dreadful

It doesn't matter how good the policy or the premium is if they are not there when you need them. I have received an ex gratia payment from them in respect of their failure to help, but nothing can excuse the fact that they were not there when I needed them. Over a 10 day period they rarely answered the phone, ignored my e-mails, and claimed that they were organising my extended hotel stay whilst my wife was in hospital but failed to do so. Useless considering I paid an insurance premium of nearly £1500. Reviewed on: 17th July 2019

It was so easy to access and the documentation was in understandable language (even the small print) so I knew exactly what was covered and what wasn't.
