Being elderly i wanted to speak to someone in person rather than trust myself to set up ins. online.The telephone was answered Without delay by a most pleasant and helpful operator who set up suitable and affordable travel insurance for my husband and I with clear and understandable questions .All the relevant information was sent without delay and we travelled with peace of mind. Alterations had to be made to my annual policy.

I developed a Dvt from a leg injury. They changed my details and issued me a replacement policy immediately. I had already booked a holiday in Italy and was assured that it would be perfectly OK for me to fly. This was confirmed by my own doctor. Reviewed on: 10th July 2019

They are very friendly thorough full of help and informative professional also I like having the news updates every month. A good read. Never been offered before from other companies. The best travel insurance to cover pre-existing illnesses

My husband and I are retired. He has several ongoing medical conditions which we need to cover when we travel. GoodToGo are helpful and cover him for an additional cost, but not taking advantage with respect to insurance cover charge. Other companies wont usually cover him, or if they do, their premium is astronomical. We only use GoodToGo now. Reviewed on: 9th July 2019
