Worst car insurer I’ve ever used! Non-fault claim fobbed off to accident management company who were useless! Cancelled my policy because my car was written off and I couldn’t find a replacement immediately so they had the nerve to charge me £75 for cancellation! Disgraceful! AVOID! Don't use them!

This company are very unprofessional..their call centre is In south Africa to..so really unhelpful when it comes to getting information cancelled my insurance with 7 days notice( on Xmas eve) when I called the following week to get refund for fully paid policy I was told I couldn't get a new policy and that a mark would to against my name. Cancelling policy

Poor customer service who are not helpfull at all no sympathy in my situation as to why I need to cancel my brothers insurance. They wanted me to get a legal document but I am not prepared to pay 100s of pounds to get a document poor quality service who didn't want to help me in any way or form Reviewed on: 27th December 2022

Do not buy

After cancelling my policy today with them found out they are insurance brokers not the main insurance provider for cancellations they will charge you the following. Just consider before purchasing £75 cancellation fee. Broker fee £50 direct debit fee Annual interest Annual premium fee No return of deposit Pay main insurance company few £ extra than a broker hassle. Reviewed on: 24th December 2022

Because I struggled to get a no claim letter from my previous insurance company,Goskippy promptly cancelled my car insurance and then charge me a extra two months insurance.I would highly recommend you stay away from this company. Reviewed on: 10th December 2022

Lots of hard to understand fees

I had insurance with Go skippy for 35 days because of circumstances, sold the car so i had to cancel insurance, they told me i have to pay 113 pounds as cancellation fee allomg with the 45 pounds i just paid but for a month i won't use wich they don't refund so 158 pounds cancellation fee, outrageous, scam of a company!
