Worst scammers

Worst insurance company ever

Quoted £350 for the year.. then hit with a £50 admin fee and a £50 direct debit set up fee..guess they are 2 different types of admin! My first car engine blew up after 2 weeks explained this to them and got exactly the same model and year but told it would cost another admin fee of £35 to change the reg number… now paying £50 a month instead of the £29 I thought I would be paying…can’t cancel otherwise there will be even more cancellation fees and admin fees to pay..probably be charged an admin fee if they reply to this review! seems like I’m not the only one who has been conned by these cowboys.. been driving 25 years and this is the worst experience I have ever had with a insurance company! SCAM ..and still charged me 130 Pounds

Insurance is a complete Scam. GoSkippy Insurence gave me a policy cancelled it then charged me £130. Avoid them!! Company should be closed down !!! Reviewed on: 19th October 2022

Absolutely rubbish

Cancelled my policy afte telling me its sorted

Absolutely useless, they cancelled my insurance after uploading all sorts of documents, rang then to sort it buy yet still cancelled it Reviewed on: 5th October 2022

Wish I could rate 0 stars - AVOID!

They attempted at every given opportunity to charge me "admin fees" for example I needed to change my address and the first time they said either do it on the portal or if you do it on the phone it'll cost £50. Then they locked my portal, so I had to call up and they said so to change your address its a £35 admin fee! No communication between customers or even other colleagues as they all told me different things. I tried to resolve issues and the customer care was just abysmal and dodged my questions to try and charge me more admin fees! Never really do reviews but they were so awful I thought I need to! To cancel the insurance they will charge you: Broker fee £50 Cancellation £75 Direct debit £50 Any product you bought (legal cover) £25.99 Interested on the amount of credit % Change of details £50 You end up paiding more then the actually insurance. Reviewed on: 28th September 2022

Highly delighted

Firstly they took my payment over the phone because I had problems doing it on line, they were £50 cheaper than anyone else AND when I had to change everything after my first choice of cars blew up after three days, they have said they will only charge me a few quid, less than a fiver, AMAZING they will get my vote for every car I need insured in the future, WELL DONE GUYS Reviewed on: 27th September 2022
