Friendly, professional and speedy!

Borrowed a few months ago, which was speedy and any queries responded to well within timescales quotes! Great customer service. Had to increase the loan last month for an emergency and please to say it was even smoother than the initial application! Would happily recommend to anyone looking for a cost effective loan! The staff at Great Western CU Bristol are very supportive and non-judgemental, they listened and helped me to refinance at a time when I most needed help.
