Excellent, efficient, trustworthy and friendly

I've been with GWCU for years, both for savings and loans. Always had an excellent, friendly and helpful experience with them. They are trustworthy, very efficient and go above and beyond to help. Their interest rates in loans are fair and interest on savings is good. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 30th May 2025

My favourite place to save

I've been a member of Bristol Credit Union for at least 10 years. It was recommended to me by colleagues. What a life changer. I have money automatically deducted from my pay cheque. I've been able to save for myself and my daughter, automatically, every month. It's so easy. And the customer service is brilliant. Before the lockdown I would go into Bristol credit Union to withdraw money even when I could have done it on the phone or online. Bristol Credit Union provides an excellent serviceervice

Joining the Bristol Credit Union has enabled me to save money for the first time in my life. It has helped me keep out of debt. I have taken out a loan with them and the interest has been reasonable. Amazing experience

Everytime I’ve needed help they’ve helped me out without too much effort, making borrowing as stress free as possible, the staff are all really friendly and overall a fantastic company, the only downfall I would say is I’m unable to lend over my first loan amount. Reviewed on: 12th June 2020
