Friendly approachable and affordable

My experience with BCU has been completely an enjoyable experience, I was helped when I first joined with friendly patient staff which has always been there to help for any queries I might have, I have and will continue to recommend that any friends or family join BCU because at a time of need I had all the help and understanding I needed, I highly recommend it. Great Customer service

I’ve been struggling with payment due to covid 19 and the customer service was excellent help me out a hold on my payments without effecting my credit score. Would definitely recommend this to anyone struggling financially. Reviewed on: 11th June 2020
