The credit union have helped me massively my only is...

The credit union have helped me massively my only issue I have had with them is I never miss a payment and the money is guaranteed to be paid back as it comes out my child benefit which is paid directly to them however good repayments had no effect as I’ve been refused for things in the past even though my payments to them are guaranteed and always on time.. other than that they have helped me tremendously x Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

It was simple to apply for a loan, once approved the money was immediately deposited into my account. Also, you can start a savings scheme with their help to save for the future. Reviewed on: 21st May 2026

There isn’t really any customer service, everything is done through the portal. Applying was easy and I was offered a loan when I couldn’t get one anywhere else. Would be great to have more options to take out more money rather than having to wait such a long time for the last to be paid off Reviewed on: 21st May 2026
