Excellent, efficient, trustworthy and friendly

I've been with GWCU for years, both for savings and loans. Always had an excellent, friendly and helpful experience with them. They are trustworthy, very efficient and go above and beyond to help. Their interest rates in loans are fair and interest on savings is good. I would highly recommend them to friends and family. Reviewed on: 30th May 2025

Terrific, no nonsense service.

The service I received when setting up my direct debit was straight to the point, with clear and concise advice, and when I made a stupid mistake it was swiftly rectified by a staff member within minutes in a calm collective and efficient manner. I can find nothing but good things to say about GWCU. What appeared to be a big problem to me was resolved within minutes. Reviewed on: 21st June 2022

I started using The Great Credit Union a few years ago. This was a tile when I was i need I was literally at the breaking point in my life and had no one to run to during the crisis my dad being evacuated back home in Africa , am all what my dad has in this world and he is my world and rock . He lost everything to the government as a result of delayed payments in Uganda due to financial difficulties.For that I was advised by a friend who has used The Great Credit Union, he highly recommended it and spoke highly of it due to its good customer care, prompt payments and putting peoples needs first. This really pushed me apply and it was an easy process within a few minutes I owned my personal account. After having a personal account they enable all their clients to be able to be to access a wide range of products and services they offer. I looked through all these and at that point I gained hope . I immediately applied for a loan that could help my father who was struggling back home to get roof over his head. I was able to get a very affordable loan with quiet a considerable payment plan And for that The Great Credit deserves this award and they are very persistent with their great service , they are reliable and forever grateful for their work ! Quick and easy report process

The process of getting a loan was quick and easy. They were willing to speak with me when Natwest would not even entertain the idea of giving me a loan.
