Great Customer service and affordable loans

Very helpfull

Once we needed a loan for a deposit to rent....someone suggested these people!We were desperate and they were very understanding and helpful and sorted it quickly for us!After we finished paying back the loan we decided to continue paying into to the account not only for us to save but knowing we maybe helping others! Excellent alternative to high st banks

The simple thing is that I have a GWCU savings account which is really easy to use and equally easy to transfer money from. The new website makes this very user friendly, particularly bearing in mind that many credit union members aren't very used to online transactions. The second area is that I've worked with GWCU as part of my job for many years now. They have proven communicative, supportive and flexible in making various payments on our behalf for vulnerable, often homeless, clients. I wish my bank had such good 'customer relations'! Amazing company helping people

Amazing company that helps Normal people who are struggling with Daily costs rising and we have no where to turn to as maybe have not great credit so struggle to get help .
