Having had a saver and occasional borrower account,...

Having had a saver and occasional borrower account, firstly with Stroud Credit union for decades, when hearing about the merger and planned move to GWCU, there were reservations on my side, but the move over was seamless from this Customers viewpoint, easy to set up and use my now online account, and I'm very happy now with my experience with GWCU so far and ongoing. Clear and helpful every time

GWCU sends a helpful and understandable newsletter, which helps me understand what they have to offer and helps me feel involved. They managed the merger with the CU I was in before very well. Reviewed on: 13th May 2025
