Excellent Customer Service

I have been banking with Great Western Credit Union for around 15 years. I save with them as I know my money is put to good use supporting other people. Whenever I deal with them I always find their customer service second to none. Their.staff are friendly, polite and helpful and transactions happen in a timely manner. Essential service in difficult times

As a founder member of the Great Western Credit Unions' parent organisation {Bristol City Council CU} I have followed their growth very carefully. They provide far more services than we could imagine back in 1996. I have been glad of the opportunity to save regularly every month and have used the money for rainy days.
