Professional yet friendly staff, easy systems and great care for local community.

Friends recommend this union, they have been members of the union and I have seen their lives greatly improve as a result of the help they get from BCU. Superb customer service

I have been with Bristol credit union for over two years and I have found their communications and services excellent. They're prompt on the phones and when I needed money for urgent matters, I found they were swift to release money into my account within minutes. Bristol Credit Union is excellent!

I have used Bristol Credit Union for a couple of loans in the past. The whole process is very good. The interest rates are very good and you can choose how much you would like to pay off. An excellent local initiative

Since its inception, the Bristol Credit Union has provided a lifeline for many low income families, operating ethically and efficiently. I've never required its services but have been very happy to save regularly with it, in the knowledge that I may need its services sometime and, in the meanwhile, my savings are being used to help others, rather than simply generating dividends and profits for a few. Open, friendly, banking/saving, helping the local community

I have been using Bristol Credit Union for a few years now to save money, which as been simple to set up and communication with the service has felt human not all computerised. Local friendly money support

Needed help to get a loan to do work on our home. Assisted quickly and promptly with courtesy and friendliness. While they were dealing with me, I saw them also help a customer with a first loan for furniture when he was getting a place for for the first time (with limited money) & he wanted some personal things for his own room.
