Excellent Customer Service

I initially contacted Hanley because I was attracted by their mortgage products which were very competitive at the time I applied. I received excellent customer service from start to finish with the processing of my mortgage application. The staff were always polite, friendly, very knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble. Lana was my mortgage adviser who helped me through the mortgage application process to purchase my new home. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Remortgage to bigger house

First I'd like to say a big thank you to Jane and all in the underwriting, with going all the way with one property for a year for it to withdraw a week before completion. Jane longmore at the Hanley made the experience a pleasant one . She couldn’t do enough to help . She was very knowledgeable, and informative. She helped us every step of the way . Mortgage Process with Lana!

I have had the pleasure of dealing with Hanley economic since May 2022 and I have to say their service from the very first phone call right through to the mortgage transfer for the completion of my home has been exemplary. A special mention to Lana Beech who is one of their mortgage advisors, she has been a pleasure to wok with throughout the process. Lana always did what she said she was going to do within the time frame she had stated and when this wasn't possible she always made an effort to make contact and explain why it was delayed. Lana also made it a point to remember facts in previous conversations and ask about these later on; for example my daughters birthday or my work trips. Remortgage

Highly recommend The Hanley as I've recently remortgaged with them....specifically Jane Longmore who absolutely made the whole process a walk in the park. I was not treated as just a number but an individual. The personal touch makes all the difference in my opinion. Jane kept me up to date and answered all my queries with no delays. Highly recommended

You are more than a number to them. A bespoke approach to mortgage underwriting. We have been with them since 2014. Whenever renewal comes up, the headline rate might not be as competitive than other lenders but once you factor in the extra costs, it is worth staying with them. Reviewed on: 30th September 2022
