Smooth and quick process

Hanley were the best option on the cost comparison websites. Called them up and got a mortgage appointment very quickly over the phone. Got asked to send in evidence, sent in the evidence and got a mortgage offer in about a weeks time. Which is a very quick turnaround which is what I desperately needed as left my mortgage bit too late. Also released the money to my solicitors very quickly on completion date. Service has also been very great, Jane Longmore was my mortgage advisor/case worker at Hanley. Explained everything to me very clearly and was very helpful and kind throughout the process. Everyone is really helpful, but as we live in Uttoxeter it's not so easy to get our money from the branch saver. Online would help or another method. Come to Uttoxeter and open a branch. You have alot of people at JCB. Reviewed on: 13th February 2025
