Lindsey Mullins - A great ambassador for The HEBS

I recently had a lot of contact with the staff at the Hanley Economic Building Society (HEBS), in particular Lindsey Mullins, I found that she answered my questions in a very timely and helpful fashion. I then decided it was time to close my account with HEBS and again she was very very helpful and a great ambassador for HEBS. I would not hesitate in saving with HEBS again or recommending you. Excellent staff in Stone branch

The staff at the stone branch, Claire, Lindsey and Megan are always exceptionally helpful to myself and every other customer I have heard them dealing with. Very grateful to have such good service. Reviewed on: 13th March 2025

A mutual society with branch offices

The society is mutual, has readily accessible branches and offers competitive rates. My service experience has always been excellent. Reviewed on: 8th March 2025

Smooth and quick process

Hanley were the best option on the cost comparison websites. Called them up and got a mortgage appointment very quickly over the phone. Got asked to send in evidence, sent in the evidence and got a mortgage offer in about a weeks time. Which is a very quick turnaround which is what I desperately needed as left my mortgage bit too late. Also released the money to my solicitors very quickly on completion date. Service has also been very great, Jane Longmore was my mortgage advisor/case worker at Hanley. Explained everything to me very clearly and was very helpful and kind throughout the process. Transaction took too long

Everyone is really helpful, but as we live in Uttoxeter it's not so easy to get our money from the branch saver. Online would help or another method. Come to Uttoxeter and open a branch. You have alot of people at JCB. Reviewed on: 13th February 2025
