Not Economic with service

I've had accounts with Hanley Economic since the 80's, when it used to be hand written pass books. Always had good experiences with the staff. Always had approachable staff. Always done their best for me, including turning up without an appointment last year, (which I should have done) to open a fixed rate account, but they sorted and fitted me in anyway.
