I like that there is a local branch in Tring with helpful staff. An app similar to the Nationwide Building Society that is easy to use would be good. Reviewed on: 19th June 2024

The Harpenden Online registration process is not good.

The Harpenden Online registration process is not good. The sort code entry is ridiculous. I had to visit your Harpenden office for an explanation! Reviewed on: 3rd June 2024

Good are T&Cs, rules, product descriptions, many ways to send communications. Improvements to postal service form needed, your cheque design, to fix the position of some features, the hand-roof motif at top left, typeface of entries on cheque and blank or empty boxed, when improves are possible to apply.
