A small, friendly Building Society which treats all its savers and customers fairly. It does not lower savings rates on old accounts, it treats new and old the same, which many building societies don't anymore. When contacting the Society, I am always spoken to in a warm and friendly manner and no problem is too much trouble. It's like talking to one of the family.
