Slow and account has been setup with no details shared with customer

After I filled the application, I only heard from them that they are delayed but even after they have transferred my funds over, they have not sent me any details about my account, neither the account details nor online login details. I have sent them an email but haven't heard back for over a week. I would expect better customer experience. Reviewed on: 24th November 2023

As an explanation (and certainly not an excuse) we have recently experienced unprecedented demand for our online ISA. We received >350 applications in two days and had to make the decision to withdraw the product, but to honour applications received to that point. As such, we have experienced delays in processing applications and have communicated the delays to impacted customers. We are now up to date, so i'm disappointed that you still have not received any communications from us. Easy to apply

Good interest rate and on the trusted moneyfacts site. Application was easy to complete and submit. Just a little apprehensive about what the IT online account will look like compared to larger banks and BS's, especially the bit about withdrawls. Reviewed on: 10th November 2023
