Not good

No nonsense

For the first time in 10 years driving, I've stayed with the same insurance company two years in a row. There were no other quotes that even came close to being reasonable. Auto-renewal process made it an easy job this year. Reviewed on: 24th August 2023

Competitive with great level of cover

I have been with hastings direct car insurance and home insurance for a few years. They are competitive and offer a great level of cover. The customer service is really friendly and its easy to get through to them. Also the hastings direct app is very useful and can't save time having all your documents in one place, but also having they ability to make certain changes to your policy.
