Low cost but who are you dealing with ?

I swapped as I do every year to Hastings for my car insurance and was reassured by their Defaqto 5 star rating. However being involved in a no fault claim a couple of months ago, I found out there policy of using a third party company up until the fault was proven, and the threat of taking money to provide services the other insurance company had already agreed to pay was not as reassuring. Thank you to the other insurance company who have been nothing but helpful in resolving my issue, and as a first time Hastings user, I don't think I will be renewing ! Reviewed on: 5th August 2016
