Rubbish customer services avoid and go somewhere else

I cancelled a policy - 4 years down the road I am still being charged for a vehicle I don't have - I have to fight for a refund, customer services is so poor, blamed me even though I have it in writing - just not worth the hassle - go some where else Reviewed on: 13th June 2016

Best motorcycle insurance company I've delt with so far

After shopping around I noticed that hastings were quite popular for bikers so I thought I'd give them a try. Since then I've used Hastings more then any other motorcycle insurance company now due to the fact I know they nearly always offer 3rd party ride over bikes (comprehensive policies) and their support team is absolutely excellent. Aside all of that they often gave me the best deals against over companies. Would definitely recommend them! Reviewed on: 30th August 2015
