Long payout time

Application process is modern and intuitive. What to expect with any modern loan platform. Not the best, by far not the worst. what was really surprising and not mentioned anywhere prior to signing and completing, is that they take up to 5 days to payout. Most if not all companies I’ve dealt with, once pre-approved and signed, payout the same day/in a couple hours. Reviewed on: 7th June 2024

The WORST customer experience journey, ever

Don't use them for you P/L - They are the worst company EVER to deal with - 1 week to even look at the app, accept you, sign the docs and the money is on it's way.... only then to request further info, and decline you.
