It had slipped my mind, which I had two initial payments whic was paid into my bank account the previou year. The staff was very proffessional and accommodating dealing with this matter.     Not quite perfect but close to it!

    Intermediary portal not the greatest - basically used to key application and that's it. Upload tool painful. Case updates could be a bit more proactive....
