I was met with big smiles and even though I had quite a few transactions to complete, nothing was too much trouble. I also required... I also required some product information about ISA’s and the information provided along with brochures was very informative and helpful for my circumstances.     Kasey was friendly & efficient.

    Kasey was friendly & efficient. The ISA applications were prepared quickly and she apologised for the temperature in branch as air con had broken (pls fix for the poor staff & customers !)
