Until now, have always found in-branch and telephone service at Hinckley and Rugby wonderful and I am happy to travel 20 miles to a branch... Until now, have always found in-branch and telephone service at Hinckley and Rugby wonderful and I am happy to travel 20 miles to a branch for that alone; the personal touch is what I have always valued most - problems solved quickly, queries answered clearly, and everything done so pleasantly. I would be sad to lose this customer-friendly contact and hope it will survive alongside the new 'easy to use' online service. Read more Read less

The experience i had at the Coalville branch of Hinckley and Rugby building society was exactly what i was hoping for, Lucy the advisor talked... The experience i had at the Coalville branch of Hinckley and Rugby building society was exactly what i was hoping for, Lucy the advisor talked me through the product i wanted clearly and smoothly, the most important thing for me was that i could do it face to face in branch which investors are valuing more and more.
