    I had a query with my bond Interest, which I took out a couple of years ago, at the end of the maturity date. It... It had slipped my mind, which I had two initial payments whic was paid into my bank account the previou year. The staff was very proffessional and accommodating dealing with this matter.     Intermediary portal not the greatest - basically used to key application and that's it. Upload tool painful. Case updates could be a bit more proactive....
