Friendly helpful staff

My application for a fixed rate bond was dealt with quickly and efficiently. There was an issue about ID but a phone call with friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff sorted it out without any fuss. Reviewed on: 25th September 2019

Personal Service

Although the instruction to update my savings account got delayed in the post (thanks to Covid-19), I was able to change my account over in branch without the form. The assistant was extremely helpful, and the company gave a slightly preferential rate as a repeat customer. I’ve had bad experiences with other building societies where you feel you’re just a number. You’re a person with H&R. Reviewed on: 9th June 2020
