Great rates and fabulous staff

Really happy with my experience so far. Picked Hinckley & Rugby due to the great rates for savings but have been massively impressed with their customer service. Swift and efficient application process and a lovely friendly lady even contacted me to let me know I had forgotten to enclose a form of ID. Don’t say this very often about an organisation in the banking sector but the process felt very personal and I would highly recommend using them! Reviewed on: 21st October 2020

Very easy and straightforward

Opened up an account for my new baby. Forms were handed to me and I was able to fill them out whilst I was in branch, therefore any questions could be easily answered.
