A Genuine Interest in helping the Local community

Caven showcased the society’s keen interest to help the local community. He sat me and my mother down as he saw she was really upset when considering what to do with inheritance. We thought he was the manager within the branch but he very humbly told us that he wasn’t and was just a student in Lutterworth yet still demonstrated extensive knowledge and understanding of our situation Reviewed on: 9th September 2023

Pleasant and Efficient Service

We printed from H&R website Application Forms for a couple of Savings Account and mainly completed them before visiting the branch. Liam efficiently and pleasantly completed the process, checking with us that we understood the various terms. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2023

Very efficient

Excellent service and advice. I was seen by Erica at your Lutterworth branch and she was extremely helpful and patience. It is nice to deal face to face with a person. Long may you stay on the high street. Reviewed on: 21st August 2023

Unsatisfactory

I paid in a bank cheque from Santander which took a week to clear. Bank cheques were always totally trustworthy and should have been accepted immediataly Reviewed on: 18th August 2023

In the mean time I can assure you interest is paid from the day after the cheque is deposited with us and then you are able to withdraw funds from the start of the sixth business day (cheque clearance period).
