Standards of Service

I recently opened an account with H&R BS, initially online. I raised a query an online query about the A/C and someone actually rang me with the answers. Amazing in this day and age. If this had been my main bank (Santander) I would have had to drive to Nuneaton to speak to a real person. Reviewed on: 26th October 2023

opening a savings account

Very good and professional. Nice to walk in a branch and open an account without staff looking astonished and asking you to return in 2 weeks after making an appointment first. Lovely traditional branch. Reviewed on: 24th October 2023
