Thankfully we haven't needed to make a claim; the app is very good and the times I have communicated on the chat have had my query answered very quickly. 3 months and waiting for a missed port claim

It has now been over 3 months and my very simple claim for a missed cruise port has still not been paid! All the correct processes documents and letter from the cruise line were provided, it's a very simple open and shut claim and they still can't cope with it! They outsource the claim handling and the whole level of service is a disgrace. I have had to follow up the claim three times, spoken with three different people and none of them can seem to say more than it's with the claim handling team. Reviewed on: 5th October 2025
