Making a claim and renewal very poor

Have been trying to process a claim since August 2025 which is still not resolved. Have had to resubmit documents three times and make several calls. Very disappointed. The auto renewal in December 2025 was painful with conflicting emails and texts about the policy being renewed , then not being renewed. Reviewed on: 6th January 2026
