I booked a single trip worldwide travel insurance to go to Mexico on line. I ticked to include USA Canada and Mexico but it changed my request to exclude these countries without me realising . I paid for the insurance before I realised. I friend of mine had a similar experience . There is a problem with the website. I had to cancel the insurance and start again.
