It was lovely to be able to speak to someone that could help and answer any questions rather than just “click” on line and probably end up with something that wouldn’t provide the correct cover. Juliette was very helpful and was able to explain every thing to me. She had the answers to all of my questions. Disappointed that it cost more than double this time...

Disappointed that it cost more than double this time round compared to price in May 2024 and previous years. Offered 20% discount for insurance after booking hotels. Had already booked with only 5% discount before booking accommodation. Website didn't appear to be working smoothly, so didn't mess around with cancelling insurance and redoing with the 20% offered.
