Ellie was very polite and pleasant to deal with, went through everything thoroughly and was a real pleasure to deal with, in fact a breath of fresh air in comparison to some of the previous insurance companies I’ve dealt with in my time. she made me feel reassured that the job was being done properly, which gives me confidence in HE as a whole.
