Claim handled professionally and in timely manner.

Two years ago, due to bereavement, had to cancel holiday at late notice. It was handedly both professionally and, importantly, with compassion. Everything was resolved in a timely manner and with great consideration. Reviewed on: 17th July 2025

A great company who covers everything

Gave better options than other competitors with not much more to pay so getting exactly what I want at a cheaper rate which covers everything I need, for travel insurance. Always used Holiday extras when I worked ad a Travel Consultant especially for car parking etc. Reviewed on: 17th July 2025

Good advice from helpful and friendly call operators

I made 2 calls prior to renewing my holiday insurance and both were answered quickly (always a plus in my book!) and handled brilliantly. The friendly, helpful and professional staff explained everything well and answered my questions in a way that was easily understood. Helpful information and advice was freely given and I wasn't pressured to renew or upgrade in any way, but advised to consider my options and compare different policies. I felt my needs were foremost and staff cared that I was purchasing the right product for me. Needless to say, having taken the time to reflect and look at other providers, I did return to renew my existing policy (albeit after a few more expertly answered questions!). Despite an increase in premiums the policy still appears to compare well with others and the loyalty discount helps. Reviewed on: 17th July 2025
