Great app and good customer support

HSBC Kinetic is a great app, easy to use and nice to navigate. They provide good customer support. The only thing that's still missing is automatic integration with QuickBooks, which is an essential tool for most businesses. Reviewed on: 18th March 2022

For a start-up business, HSBC Kinetic is the way to go. Easy to set-up, no bank charges for 12 months, along with great support and partner benefits to get your business going. Reviewed on: 18th March 2022

Wouldn't look for customer service here

If you just need a bank account, go for Kinetic by all means but if you need anything more than that, probably best to look around. Customer service is a level above non existent. Reviewed on: 18th March 2022

Fast and easy to set up. Great to use. Great app and service

Really the title summaries it nicely. When setting up my new business, the other ‘high street’ banks were able to book me an appointment in 2 weeks to set up an account. My Kinetic account took about 4 hours!! App is great to use and any questions I have had (like how do I add other businesses to the app) were answered quickly. The on boarding process was super smooth with no issues or bugs whatsoever. The app works really nice and looks good too. Haven't had any issues with making or receiving payments and quite like the notifications that I get. Reviewed on: 18th March 2022
