Great business bank account

Really easy to set up, everything is online! Exactly what I wanted. First year is fee free too. Reviewed on: 18th March 2022

Easy to use if you don't need a complicated account

Easy to use as we are during app friendly time but spendings are seen even in a few days, refunds are also back in tha account in some cases in 5 working days. It was the only way to make a business account for my online shop because of the pandemic and gov. loans that blocked most of these services with banks. Reviewed on: 18th March 2022

Excellent Interface

I'm loving the HSBC Kinetic app. Far easier to navigate than my personal bank's App. I appreciate the Monthly spending visual and updates. Just waiting on the international payment option to be developed for the app - once done it'll be 5 stars from me. Reviewed on: 18th March 2022

Success is alway simple

Having started a new business, I needed to set up a business account. Having looked around at several companies I decided to go with HSBC kinetic account. The whole process was seamless and simple, looking after my accounts could not be easier; the app is easy to set up and use and makes banking easy. Could not be happier with my choice of bank account, perfect for small businesses like mine. Reviewed on: 18th March 2022

Easy set-up and straight forwards to use

Having had a business bank account previously the set-up of this did prove time-consuming and I had to take out to visit the local branch when a business colleague was unavailable. My business temporarily stopped trading, and I closed my account, however when I needed to open up a new account I was pleasantly surprised how easy and straight forwards the process was. The app has been very well designed and is very much user friendly. I would definitely recommend anyone looking to set up a business bank account to look into HSBCs Kinetic. Excellent Customer Service

Smart and Effective

I have found about HSBC Kinetic during the lockdown in 2020 as it was the only bank available to open a business account without physically going to the bank.
