Easy to apply and excellent customer service

I started my business 12 months ago, and thought it would be easy to set up a business bank account however, due to the pandemic, this was not the case. HSBS Kinetic was easy to set up, and the support in real time has made life a lot easier for me. The app enables me to bank without any stress, and I feel supported by the back office that sit behind it. Starting my first business during a global pandemic was stressful enough, but HSBC Kinetic certainly made my life easier from a banking point of view, and they deserve to be recognised. Thank you. Amazing and easy to use

I never know that opening a business account would be so easy. I downloaded the app, provided all the details and hurray ! account opened. you don't have to go to bank to order debit card an deposit a cheque (if its below £500). I have already recommended it to someone and they opened another account as well. Their review is also very good. Reviewed on: 11th March 2022
