I am so glad that HSBC Introduced Kinetic since I was a start up self employed at the time. Thanks to this service I was able to have better control of my business and take the next step. I have recently become an independent Contractor and I can’t stress enough how easy and useful the Kinetic app is, as well as it was the process to enrol. It features great tools such as performance report and spend analysis. Couldn’t ask for more in such a compact and convenient Business account. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Super Efficient!

I found it very easy to open an account online with HSBC Kinetic. I have had very little difficulty using the app which is extremely user-friendly. I only needed help on one occasion - when I managed to lock myself out of my account! I was able to get through to an advisor on the phone very quickly and within minutes she had sorted things out for me. She was helpful, friendly and very efficient. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

I live across from the HSBC in Canary Wharf, so I see it almost everyday I wake up. I've had some-what a great experience from the get go, some-what because upon applying there were details that were missing on my part, besides that once they got all they needed from me, I'm was ready to go!
