So easy and clear

Great service - can do most stuff on app

Potential but early days

I have used Kinetic as an early adopter. As such it has been free and for a free service it is hard to complain. As a business owner there have been bumps in the road. A time where the transaction list was malfunctioning. Sometimes payments go down. Somwtimes its not as slick as HSBC business banking. Lacking many of the features of the challenger banks. Still, I have stuck with Kinetic. Why, They do seem to care about the development of the platform. They show common sense when appropriate and human intervention when required. there is space for issues to be resilved that dont fit into the challenger banks one size fots all approach that falls apart if you have a need outside the box. There is a lot of work required of Kinetic, but the values and fundimentals ate solid. As long as that remains true Ill deal with the interuptions while the bank grows and streamline processes. There is alot that goes into business banking, it wont happen over night. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022
