Great account

I'm a self employed taxi driver and read about kinetic, it seemed perfect for my needs and has proven to be that. Had to call once and that was answered quickly and problem resolved within minutes. It continues to get better as I was using the beta version to begin with. App is great, cash flow on opening screen along with account balance. Easy to use and would, actually have recommended it to other drivers. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Smart and secure

I have applied for a business account fairly easy and quick. I have completed all requirements and within a half hour I have received a notification that my account is active. I did not have to stay on the phone to make appointments, all checks have been done online as we are living in the age of fast internet. Also compared to other banks who kept me on hold for verification for more than two weeks HSBC Kinetic was fast. It is reliable for everything you would need in a business account and it can be connected to various other business tools! Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Good Experience so far

I have been banking with HSBC all the way back to Midlands Bank! I have nothing but good customer experiences with them over the years! This was my first Business account with them and the first time using an APP only account. Signing up via the app was made easy given that it is a new experience uploading pictures etc. The verifying checks were welcome. Once the account was set up, the card arrival was prompt and using the app is clear and user friendly; connecting it to Xero was straightforward also when you follow the instructions properly! Great options for startups!

I've just started my company and the onboarding process was smooth and easy, all done on the app, and got approved in a couple of days. I would definitely recommend it to other startups! Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Fantastic app for small business banking

Very easy to set up and use. Great visibility of cashflow, upcoming payments due, and simple to make payments and set up new payees directly in the app. My only negative comment is that the Sage integration currently only works one way - you can see your Sage invoices in the app, but your bank transactions have to be added manually in Sage as Kinetic is not on their account list. Easy to use and convenient Banking App

I love HSBC kinetic, its is easy to use, has transformed how I run my business and made finances much easier. The only thing I would change is being able to search for specific payments by name on a search bar. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Easy to set up and get started.

Smart app is incredibly easy to use and gives a very good overview of transactions. My only disappointment is that it does not connect with Quickbooks. Hopefully this will change soon. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022
