The account is for sole traders or single director shareholder businesses. There’s no monthly account fee and you get free UK digital banking. The HSBC Kinetic account also includes a monthly cashflow outlook and categorised spending tools.

HSBC Kinetic Business account reviews (1941)

Good start

I moved to HSBC Kinetic a few months ago and beside a few glitches in their app, no support for Apple Pay on their cards, the bank is responsive via their in-app chat. Overall the experience is good so far, I hope they can detach from the HSBC Business banking platform to offer more "neobank" flexibility and agileness. My Wishlist for the future: Apple Pay, virtual cards, API, Tablet app, multi device access and multi currency accounts. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Amazing!

I started my own new business in June 2021 and opted for HSBC kinetic. Everything about them from applying to now has been so smooth and easy. Everytime I need help they sort the situation out straight away without the need of waiting on the phone (as the have a call back option) the app is amazing too easy to use and understand couldn't recommend HSBC kinetic to new and existing businesses enough. Easy and useful

Since starting an HSBC Kinetic account, we have found it really simple to make and transfer payments on the go and keep up with all our business insights. We have connected it to our Quickbooks account also for ever easier accounting for our business. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022

Easy to use business app, well organised and transactions go smoothly. Business banking as it should be! Simple businesses need simple banking! HSBC KINETIC is just that. No complications just your cash where you need it when you need it! Simple for payroll and superb categorisation of expenses to make accounting easier. Reviewed on: 10th March 2022
